  • Manage the remote fulfillment, installation and training for F&I Solutions Products.
  • Contact dealer to complete welcome call and schedule installation and training.
  • Complete installation and training for the product - remotely
  • Complete continuous updates, notes and project status throughout implementation, all through completion.
  • Meet and/or exceed pre-determined service level agreements for installation and training of new contracts
  • Interact cross functionally with other teams to initiate a successful implementation
  • Keep abreast of new products and functionality enhancements
  • Foster teamwork and innovative thinking
  • Meet and/or exceed assigned performance goals for contract turnaround and installation

 

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge and skills

  • Bachelors' Degree strongly preferred and/or equivalent job experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer facing role (account management, customer service, sales.) Hands on experience working directly with customer/dealers
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with a Project and Sales team
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail. Strong problem solving and decision making skills with the ability to follow through independently.
  • Strong analytical and communication (verbal and written) skills with a strong work ethic able to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to self-learn complex subject matter quickly.
  • Able to identify and implement process efficiencies to meet service targets
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the auto industry and how a dealership operates. Background in auto sales, operations, Dealertrack and/or SalesForce a plus

Job Summary:

The Implementation Rep is responsible for the setup of specific F&I software within our product suite to  Dealertrack clientele that are scheduled to be upgraded to our new, Dealertrack uniFI Platform.

They will work directly with the Implementation Lead, and Field Services, to ensure the setups are vetted and verified prior to the Dealertrack client's upgrade day.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

         Manage the remote installation of specific F&I Solutions Products.

         Ensure that continuous updates, notes and case statuses are kept updated throughout the entire implementation cycle - start to finish

         Meet and/or exceed pre-determined service level agreements for installation

         Interact cross functionally with other teams to initiate a successful implementation

         Keep abreast of new products and functionality enhancements

         Foster teamwork and innovative thinking

         Meet and/or exceed assigned performance goals for case turnaround and installation

         Associate's Degree preferred and/or equivalent job experience

         Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data entry or analytics role

         Minimum 1 years of experience in a customer facing role (account management, customer service, sales.) Hands on experience working directly with customer/dealers
