Bilingual IT Recruiter
Our client is ready to hire a bilingual IT Recruiter to help grow their IT hub in Mexico along with IT positions at their Corporate office.
What You'll Do
Source, identify, and engage candidates through a variety of ways, including but not limited to local school partnerships, job boards, and referrals.
Maintain and track applicant flow and feedback loops
Utilize various interview techniques (resumes screens, telephone and onsite interviews) in addition to managing the interview process by scheduling and communicating with candidates and hiring managers
Document and track candidate progress through the process using the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer stages; coordinate start dates and new hire onboarding
Partner with social media team to appropriately market jobs to seekers through social channels
Monitor and ensure company compliance with government immigration hiring laws and regulations ensuring compliance with all federal employment law regulations
Maintain record of recruiting activities
What You'll Need
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
Minimum of 1 year IT recruitment experience required (agency or corporate)
Bachelor's degree preferred; 4 years experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Excellent communication skills required (written and verbal for both English and Spanish)
Advanced experience in sourcing to include Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other search strategies
Excellent interpersonal skills required; ability to work well with individuals of all levels
Excellent project management and organizational skills required
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
Demonstrated ability to use discretion and good judgement, as well as maintain a high level of confidentiality and diplomacy
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision and strong attention to detail
Knowledge of AAP/EEO regulations relating to personnel selection
Ability to maintain accurate records
