The HRIS Business Analyst

Duties:
  • Job Summary: The HRIS Business Analyst will play an integral role in supporting the successful implementation of the HR Technology roadmap. They will bridge process and technology solutions to enhance the overall delivery of HR programs and services that support the Equinix's global manager and employee populations.

    Responsibilities


    Business Requirements Gathering
    • Partners closely with the business and IT to translate functional requirements into business requirement specifications

    System Flow Documentation
    • Develops and maintains system global process flow documentation and owns security setup/maintenance

    Project Plans
    • Edits and updates project plans, test scripts and other related documentation as needed

    Internal Working Relationships
    • Maintains solid working relationships with the HR, IT and Finance Equinix organizations

    Issue Resolution
    • Serves as global contact for HR technology questions and partner with vendors on issues resolution

    Systems Administration
    • Performs functional systems administrator duties to maintain day to day operations of HR related systems including building and generating complex HR reports & metrics

    System Testing
    • Supports functional testing of new system features and module releases evaluating the impact to Equinix process with additional mentorship

    Implement New Technology
    • Participates in all aspects of HRIS of new/replacement HR technologies
Skills:

Solid knowledge and experience with Workday

Education:

• 3+ years experience preferred
• Bachelor's required
