Customer Master Data Administrator Lead
Customer Master Data Administrator Lead is responsible for oversight
and coordination of the timely and accurate processing of credit
applications according to established standards and procedures, as well
as, ensuring accurate customer account information is input into our
ERP systems. The applicant must be able to provide guidance and
direction to other team members, monitor overall team workload and
manage task assignments. The lead will act as a dedicated 'super-user'
of the systems and processes utilized by the team.
Customer Master Data Lead will also process credit applications and
complete customer master account setups in the ERPs. The Lead must be
able to thrive in a fast paced, high-performance culture.
What you'll get to do

credit applications which includes reviewing applications for
deficiencies, resolving discrepancies, executing data entry activities
to record credit application information into the credit platform and
Initiating the workflow process to administer credit review decisions.

accuracy of the data based on the credit application information
as a dedicated expert regarding credit application and customer master
setup processes and a 'super-user' of the credit platform and ERP

Pulling credit bureau reports and requesting trade references to aid in credit decisioning.
Special customer data and credit application related projects as assigned by management.

Updating credit and data related changes to existing accounts.
Following compliance guidelines by keeping credit related information confidential.
Scanning, uploading, tracking, and maintaining credit documents on the customer account.

Essential Experience and Skills
degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance with 3 - 5
years' related experience (preferred) Or High School diploma or general
education degree (GED) with 5 -7 years' related experience (required).
- 7 years' related experience dependent upon education, at least 2
years of experience in a leadership role within a team and at least 5
years of experience in a role requiring heavy data entry.
Proven ability to direct and guide other team members.
