THE ROLE:
General Lab Support for Client Notebook and Desktop products
THE PERSON:
A candidate with a passion for technology and computers, with strong verbal and communicative skills, and excels in a team/lab environment. Hands-on skills in building & debugging Client PC systems, execution of manual and automated testing, with good lab organizational & housekeeping skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain lab space, test racks, infrastructure, & test equipment
Update and maintain Inventory SOR
Soldering
Support engineers with automated and manual test execution on multiple platforms
Support root cause failure analysis with software and hardware debugging utilities/tools.
Build, Configure, Support, and Troubleshoot lab systems, both hardware and software.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Level 2 or better at soldering
Inventory SOR knowledge
Basic electronics knowledge
Basic Microsoft product experience
PC build knowledge
Basic shooting skills
HS diploma or higher
Candidates recently honorably discharged from the military
