Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management), CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), APICS (Association for Supply Chain Management) certifications.
10 to 15 years of experience as an ERP System Administrator/Owner and Support Lead.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert in ERP systems, providing in-depth knowledge and expertise in system functionality, configuration, and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP system solutions.
Lead ERP system administration activities, including configuration, customization, and maintenance.
Provide guidance and support to users on ERP system functionality, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system usage.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in ERP systems, incorporating relevant advancements into the organization's ERP strategy.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, facilitating communication and alignment on ERP system initiatives.
