Reporting to
the Senior Director of Global Partner Programs, this position will support
consecutive leave of absence on the Juniper Partner Advantage Team.
As a Partner
Program Manager supporting these two roles during the contracted period, this
role will work on essential program elements to ensure Juniper delivers the
most profitable, growth-oriented, and operational simplicity program to our
entire channel community.
Responsibilities
– May through September – Elite Plus Program Manager
•
End-to-end Elite Plus partner onboarding and ongoing support. The role will
require you to be the point contact for Elite Plus partners across all partner
program benefit escalations (incentives, investments, specializations, etc.)
•
Strong communication and presentation skills are required to manage the range
of partner interactions from daily questions, highlighting weekly successes,
and leading quarterly business reviews.
•
Educate, equip, and enable external and internal stakeholders, including
Partner Field Leadership, on the program benefits, resources, and tools
available to them
•
Monitor and track partner performance, manage escalations, and report on
crucial channel program metrics.
•
Provide ongoing proactive communication of partner program, partner journey,
activities, and results to internal and external key personnel.
•
Create ad-hoc documents (i.e., proposal slide decks, data analysis reports.)
for channel leadership.
•
A genuine passion for building the best-in-class partner experience with
prospective, newly onboarded, and existing Elite Plus Partners
Responsibilities
– October through mid-February – JPA Program Manager
•
End-to-end management for the Seller Rewards (individual points-based) and
Environmental Sustainability Programs
•
ORK management (quarterly) for Global Partner Sales Programs and performance
tracking for Juniper Partner Advantage Program Team (monthly and quarterly)
•
JPA annual project tracker, including lead for annual JPA launch
execution. Includes content across the web, documents, and other
resources on Partner Center, Sales, Central, Juniper.net, and JPA Repository
•
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to insert partner program-related
updates in all internal and external communication vehicles and touchpoints.
•
Capture feedback from our partner field organizations and partner community on
how we can enhance growth for partners.
•
Help identify the operational gaps where we need cross-functional resources to
create new tools, functionality, or processes.
Minimum
Qualifications:
•
3-5+ years of experience supporting partner marketing or partner programs,
including program management experience in a global and cross-functional role
•
Capacity to manage numerous projects/work streams simultaneously and drive them
to successful completion with a wide range of stakeholders and tight timelines.
•
Ability to conceptualize, define, and implement large-scale projects/programs
with limited oversight, cross-functional dependencies, and international
implications.
•
Passionate about partners, driven to achieve results, and can assume increasing
responsibility in evolving global organizations.
•
Proven flexibility/adaptability to change in a dynamic environment.
•
Quick learner and self-starter continually looking for opportunities to grow
the business.
•
Ability to convey ideas and recommendations clearly, compellingly, and
concisely in written and verbal communications.

Skilled in managing, manipulating, integrating, and analyzing large amounts of
data
•
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required. Preferred experience
with SalesForce, Microsoft Power BI
